QUANTITY: 100MT AS TRIAL SHIPMENT THEREAFTER, 500MT PER MONTH.

INSPECTION: CARGO TO BE PRE-INSPECTED AT THE PORT OF LOADING FOR QUALITY AND WEIGHT  BY A REPUTABLE COMPANY AT THE SELLER'S COST.

THE RESULT OF THE INSPECTION AGENCY ANALYSIS SHALL BE THE BASIS FOR OUR EXPORT INVOICE.

PRICE: USD $1,050 PER MT CFR CHINESE PORT

(PRO-RATA AT $15/1%)

IF THE LEAD ConTENT IS HIGHER THAN 70%, THE BUYER PAYS FOR THE ADDITIonAL CONTENT.

THE BUYER PAYS $15 PER EVERY 1% OF THE EXTRA PB ConTENT HIGHER THAN 70%.

IF THE LEAD ConTENT IS LOWER THAN 70%, THE BUYER SHALL DEDUCT $15 FOR EVERY 1% DECREASE IN THE LEAD ConTENT LOWER THAN 70%.

PAYMENT: L/C (/confirm/iED, IRREVOCABLE AT SIGHT)

This letter of credit will pay 90% of the invoice value at sight of shipping documents. The 10% balance will be settled in within 5 working days of issuance of the certificate of Quality and Quantity issued by CCIC or any other recognized Inspection agency of buyer's choice received at destination port.
